1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the 45bd platform and all its associated services. By accessing 45bd's website, mobile site, or any digital channel and using its services, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 45bd's services.

45bd always strives to maintain a transparent relationship with its users. These Terms are reviewed regularly and updated as needed.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

45bd's services are available only to individuals who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. When creating an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all associated accounts will be suspended and the funds in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, payment details — must be completely true and accurate. Providing incorrect or misleading information may cause issues during the account verification process and may delay or block withdrawals.

2.4 Identity Verification

In accordance with 45bd's security policy, particularly for large withdrawals, we may request identity verification. 45bd reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if you do not cooperate with this process.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else.

• You are responsible for all activities that take place in your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 45bd support immediately.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not log in through suspicious links or third-party channels.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

45bd currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay.

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• 45bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of any illegal or suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 45bd receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applicable on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered to complete the requirement (৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000). Winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable only after this wagering amount is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions.
• 45bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• No more than one bonus may be claimed per person, family, address, or device.
• Bonuses are usable on the 45bd platform only — they cannot be transferred elsewhere.
• Terms for VIP cashback and other promotions are published separately.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error, 45bd reserves the right to review it.

6.2 Determining Results

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. Certified random number generators (RNG) are used in casino games.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. 45bd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 45bd's support team shall be considered final, following a review of the relevant evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 45bd platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Interfering with the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or algorithms.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Stealing another user's information or harassing them.
• Playing on behalf of minors or helping them access the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward 45bd staff.
• Conducting cyberattacks against the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 45bd

45bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the 45bd support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus balance without completed wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

45bd makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 45bd is not responsible for the following:

• Loss of bets or games caused by internet disconnection.
• Service interruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Damage caused by a fault or virus in your device.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss resulting from sharing your account details.

If a win is incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, 45bd reserves the right to correct that amount.
